Equipment claims can add to the complexities of the case as follows:

• The claimant's vendors may recommend repair or replacement, but are they necessary?
• Can the equipment be decontaminated or cleaned reliably, quickly and cost-effectively?   
  
• Does the client have Business interruption coverage and how does this affect the claim?
  
• Is there a way to overcome the obstacles presented by the vendors?
  
•  How can the insured be made to feel comfortable with the process? ​                
  

Restoration of Hi-Tech Electrical and/or Electronic Equipment:

• This equipment can often be cleaned, restored and/or repaired returning the claimant to pre-loss condition for as little as "10% of the original claimed amount".
• JTC Consulting can determine which items are candidates for restoration.
• JTC will coordinate, arrange, oversee and provide all restoration services to ensure results return the claimant to pre-loss condition.
